They've already got the shares from the AS increase mentioned in December. I have no problem with advisory boards. Helps get mistakes out of the way, speeds up ability to get product out and shows company sought professional advice.
I didn't see details of him paying advisors. .. more likely will provide them with shares based on future success of developed tried and distributed formulation of products.. Not just free shares for anyone witha idea.
