Marietta, GA—March 12th, 2014 – StudentConnect Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of East Coast Diversified Corporation (OTC.QB: ECDC -), today announced that it has granted exclusive territorial licensing rights for the State of California and the marketing of StudentConnect technologies to Nueva Tech LLC, a California based school services company. StudentConnect provides free school transportation technology to school districts. The technology utilizes proprietary wireless communication between GPS and RFID to detect student entry and exit from school buses or other anomalies that may occur during student‘s transportation.
