The chart of BRCM (also on my web site) with
a turn down in $BPCOMPQ and use of Quad Lines shows
there is more down left.

Studies(not complete) show good shorts are between
the top 25% Quad and the 50% Quad.

More work has to be done on this, as Quad's can
be drawn from any low.IMHO.
