It's not nice to put words in peoples mouth. What I am saying is, that you were ask if that was an 8k filing to which you answered YES. I am aware of what the company has said it will do and yes I do belive they will eventually file an 8k, BUT AS OF THIS DATE THEY HAVE NOT, NOR HAD THEY FILED ONE WHEN YOU ANSWERED THAT QUESTION.
