The PR I posted from the company clearly states that there will be a forthcoming name change. You are saying that because it was not in the 8K then it is not going to happen?

So according to you, the company is changing it's business model and acquiring Ihookup and still keeping the "TFER" ticker, regardless of what their PR stated.

Hang around a bit longer, we'll see who's correct.
