No, he MIGHT be selling a few because he knows it wont hurt the stock long term. This is his window to unload some, then have the 10K push it to new highs so all is forgotten... He is probably due for a stock grant to replace those share as well...
It is not uncommon for a CEO to plan his sales in a way that it does not have a long term effect on the price. It would have been much worse if he was selling into a downtrend at $10 months back, right?... Heck, maybe he was hoping the shorts would double down before the news thats coming. They did call him a liar and he took enough offense to response via PR. Think hes still upset?... This could be a beautiful short trap.
Im just glad im not a TRAPPED short, they obviously are not very savvy to still be short by so much. They are down MILLIONS and i dont see it selling off. Just normal consolidation to the 50DMA before the next leg. A perfect continuation setup for new highs heading into the 10K... Ignorantly shorting at such a low market cap would make me nervous with the current growth taking place and graphene on the verge of exploding, which is sure to draw interest to this stock going forward.
