No. Since early 2010, only two stocks that I know of have returned from the Grey Market to the Pinks. The one I'm most familiar with, EMGE, described the process in an OTCMarkets filing:

It took them a long time, and the stock has not done well since. It didn't have anything to do with a reverse merger.
