In addition the old argument that many have pounded the table around here since the Inception of the Apple contract has been proven to be flat wrong.
That argument specifically in regards to Apple is that their 3G license more or less protected them for LTE at the very least if they were dual mode or if the 3G tech was used in the LTE or later version some how has been completely blown out of the water by the last CC.
