Jimlur: I agree with you. They have already stated what they expect to come in. 2003 if no arbitration and possibly in 2004 if it goes to arbitration. If it's in arbitration or going to arbitration that would probably be only found in the earnings release, CC, or 10q. Going forward, if the amount of money from NOK will be substantially higher or lower, I believe IDCC would then provide some kind of quarterly guidance.

My only nervousness right now is the fact that IDCC may be in Arbitration with NOK as we speak and we will only find out next week..... On the other hand, there could already be money in the bank from NOK and Samsung and that would make me estatic!!

Jim I agree. I don't even think they need to tell us if we go into arbitration. Didn't we find out about the last arbitration through a quarterly reporting without any associated news?

If this this how IDCC handles this, I will not be suprised, just disappointed. As long as the stock continues to rise the disappointment is very easy to live with.

Did everyone get their annual report already? I am still waiting.

If you look at the range of monies due as per Fagan's comments, the difference in the range could be a material event, both of you may be correct.
