Sun it's always some false pr or rumor that never happens. All so they can dump more shares. Based on volume now for weeks they dumped a lot of new shares. You are right only thing QASP offers and rarely is a quick trade. It cannot run big when they never stop dumping. If not sold yet we have a lot of new bagholders.
