Yes, that's correct, QASP is a Colorado Corporation and does have a Flight School there.

But, the MJ rumor was based solely on GDSM moving it's MJ play into QASP and they just said that isn't happening.

So, no reason to think this is a MJ play at all. You can't just bank on the Colorado location alone in my opinion.
