Its not as if tmrow 15B is going to be dumped on the market. Its a cash for stock deal. They draw money and give shares at discount back to the lender. So it depends on how much they draw. Even if they were to draw entire 10M, its only 3B shares. And 'if' they become cash flow positive, that will offset the dilution. I think the strategy of FS is to retain cash for a while and not spend. Instead borrow money for expansion by giving shares. So if the SP goes up , it's a win for all. Only time will tell.
