The way I look at it, is if any of PEII's present or future wells are worthwhile then why wouldn't a larger company come in and buy up all the shares at a discount.. First they would allow the extreme dilution then buy and short this POS into the ground. Then buy up the profitable assets at Pennies on the dollar!! Notice I didn't say buyout PEII .. More like drive the price down after he gets the S1 which would allow the major dilution then short the stock to nothing.. Then cover and fill your own order.. Then repeat cycle if needed to bury it more..!!Or if management knew the S1 wouldn't fly then management could claim the need to sell off certain leases.. Heck, did you ever think that the financers or Floyd have this in mind..?? Separately or together then taking it private and profiting on the years of carry and losses the shareholders provided?? This is just my own opinion and thoughts that come to mind given the current climate..
