Could you please the above statement, is TMMI's intellectual property right is in risk or what ? Why did TMMI need to start a legal suit to protect its intellectual property ? Since I do not know the history of TMMI story after 2000, could you please explain. Besides, why people care so much about the web site of DFMI from 2008 to 2013 ?

That may or may not be true. They have managed to get two new patents though; one for fractal compression and one for fractal upscaling. Therefore I would surmise that they probably do have a product.
