Actually that couldn't be further from the truth. Of course, we don't know what you meant by "whole thing". If you mean the company's future and it's ability to secure contracts with it's TRUDEF product------definitely not!
If you mean the case winding down, then yes. Remember why this case was initiated by TMM--to protect it's intellectual property. If they cannot achieve that due to a statute of limitations problem, then so be it, but they certainly had to give it a shot.
TMMI is well financed, has a great product, great Mangement and advisory board, and a super team of programmers working eveyday to enhance the codec. It is light years ahead of the Demented company that has no money no staff, no product....NADA!
