You guys really trust a forum rather than the regulation and what's in the agreement? They don't have to abide by what they post in some forum. Read the PR it's plain and simple. And then once the agreement of issuance comes out you will see. Call the sec and verify what FACE value will mean when you go to redeem preferred class c shares.
I'm not complaining. I will leave in a million for the ride, as it's only a fraction of the free money that I already won from the company by trading. You'll see
