With regard to the preferred C distribution, these are convertible at a pps higher than 0.20 at a 1 for 1 conversion. In other words, if in six months after the date your certificate is issued the pps is higher than 0.20, you have the option of converting your preferred shares for common at a 1 for 1 swap. However, if the pps is below 0.20, you can submit the c shares to the company for redemption at 0.20 per share. Pretty simple.
