Think or Swim is a great platform, and you can set up a paper trading account within it. While it does have mobile apps available, I personally cannot conceive of using it on a mobile device.
The best thing for an options trader in regard to TD Ameritrade is being able to buy to close contracts that are less than 5¢ commission free. That's huge.
