...they acquired remote dynamics assets through a foreclosure auction for $2.7 mil..what do the 'assets' include?...only speculation...all i am saying is this RMTD could theoretically be sold as a public shell, in good standing with SEC...nothing more... :)

and i highly doubt they didn't 'transact with RMTD/Remote Dynamics'...not with the former CEO of Remote Dynamics becoming a VP in Telogis...yeah, no i doubt Telogis didn't interact with RMTD at all...are you kidding me?..in fact, i'll even go so far as to state it was all planned in that fashion, secretly on purpose mainly for the patents involved which Telogis needed!...file the Form 15 in Feb...thus stopping all public reporting on the company (RMTD), thus not having to report the specifics of the acquisition..(which coincidentally occurred 5 mths after said Form 15 filed) or the specifics on whether the company is failing or surviving...why? ...sound sinister?...not at all when patents are involved and considering you are vying for potentially a billion dollar business that includes Ford and Volvo...
