we totally agree... you seem like a very intelligent savvy investor...i wish you and all who own shares in rmtd only the best ...i hope that some day someone takes an interest in rmtd and can clean up the shell and put a viable company into it ...it obviously does not make the vehicle more attractive that there are somewhere between 30 and 100 billion shares either issued. authorized or outstanding...you would think if someone someday wanted to clean up and use the shell they would want to dramatically reduce the number of shares ...but good luck and i hope you make a lot of money on this and all your investments

I agree. And as a clean shell, you're looking at a value of $300-$400,000 versus what's reported as the mc based on the current known O/S.

all i am saying is this RMTD could theoretically be sold as a public shell, in good standing with SEC...nothing more
