Q has a long history of dilution.

Volume has been well above the known float and pps not budging.

Why not accumulation? Common have seen that same thing posted many times before r/s after r/s and now again. Stock is down 99% from r/s. That accumulation has many more stuck since then. Since QASP will never stop dumping shares sellers always compete with QASP. That is why don't buy what they are selling. Thad billions a/s before 1 for 1000 r/s. Then after it was 3 billion o/s and price at .0001 did 1 for 1000 r/s. Then left a/s at 475 million. Once that was maxed out they increased now to 2.5 billion. With recent volume share dumping back to at least over a billion. O/S was over 700 million month ago before recent huge volume dumped. That is were all the shares for sale are coming from increased A/S of QASP. Anyone who doesn't sell quick on any spike will be stuck.
