Jim I don't think you are correct on this one. When the money arrives or a final agreement is reached due to its materiality, I believe IDCC will be required to let us know. I can't imagine that even the quiet company in KOP will keep this one under wraps when they will be able to stand on top of the fence post and crow all day long about it.
