I believe if you go back and check you will find that IDCC repeatedly stated that the Nokia agreement and payment would be a material event and would repeat would dictate a press release from IDCC. Now this is exactly what IDCC said time and again that a press release would be made as it is material. Now if they don't release it in the form of a press release I for one will be very unhappy, as if the Nokia agreement and a years back payment and now continuing ongoing royalty payments doesn't consitute material then there is no such thing.
