Thanks lebrewski for the information. Pretty much everything I was imagining going on. I am glad Jim realized his mistakes and the limits of his capabilities.

I think will see ATYG consolidating itself here soon. Now to hear what Nelson has in mind for the future of this company.

Just my opinion but I believe RLA will be done sooner than later. Jim will keep his new cousin company for his own and concentrate solely on that which has nothing to do with ATYG. This transition will be Jims out IMO. Wonder how much Jim pocketed in this deal.
