recieved this this afternoon after contacting James Albion. this is a copy and paste of the email i recieved.
Mr. Brewer,
Thanks for the phone chat earlier. I cannot answer for the ASKE investment, because I have no confirmation on this. As for some of the other questions floating about…
- I am no longer CEO of ATYG - this is correct.
- Nelson Grist is the new CEO.
- Mr. Grist is now the recipient of the investorrelations@atyg.net emails. I am no longer authorized to answer shareholder questions.
- Will I remain on the Board of ATYG - still being negotiated, but very likely.
- Dominick Falso is a Director - this is correct.
- RLA is a wholly owned subsidiary of ATYG. RLA is not "equivalent" to ATYG.
- The RLA social media is strictly for RLA. There will be no comments or responses regarding ATYG.
It's essential that a good entrepreneur know his limits, and it has been very clear for quite a while that I am NOT the guy to dig ATYG out of this no-bid mess. I needed to bring in some help, and came across several groups, of which I picked this one, which includes Mr. Falso and Nelson Grist as CEO. This group has a great deal of experience in digging companies like ATYG out of these no-bid situations, and they have a strong record of success. If the company dies, no one wins. This also gives me the time to concentrate my efforts on rebuilding Racing Limos America, which is likely to be one of a number of companies that will eventually populate ATYG. I felt these guys were our best chance to solve the ATYG mess for the company and the shareholders, and my best opportunity to bring Racing Limos America back to respectability.
I'm sure some people will understand, and others will think I'm a scumbag. Oh well. I did what I thought was best for the company and the shareholders. Revenues drive companies, and I need to focus my attention on building revenues.
