MH, thank you for letting me know that that it was written by the Fannie's Mae CEO - But guess what...I knew that as I went to the site and clicked on his picture and read the article. But thanks anyways.

I also wanted you to know that I wish there was a bet I could have put a billion dollar on as I would have won. As soon as I pushed submit post...I was counting down the minutes before you responded to my post. You are so predictable.

It is nice to see what you do when you are done shorting, buying or selling...MH. Please add some value to the board because all you have done is insulted people, attacked people etc... enough is enough...

Let's get one thing straight...you need to be clear that when you say it is news driven...it is driven because of the progress FNMA is enjoying not because someone is speculating or pumping.

When they say FNMA just made billions or FNMA just paid taxpayers with a cherry on top...those are facts...not sure why you want to play those key points in the news which you seem to play down as nothing changed...what changed is that we hit net zero/net positive...so it is progress that we became aware of due to news...and not just speculation or pumping news.
I hope this makes it clear.

Funny how there is some kind of resistance to the idea that the stock is news driven, when everyone is here waiting and hoping for.......none other than..........you guessed it - N E W S!

Investors aren't here waiting to see if a product sells, they're not here because the stock issues a dividend... They're here because they bet on the likelihood of certain NEW EVENTS.

Accordingly, any NEWS EVENT substantial enough to increase/decrease the speculative likelihood of the other NEWS EVENTS happening affects stock price.

This is simple stuff folks.

Thanks for sharing MH, I agree. I will add that the news that has been coming out is from primary sources and does point to progress and confirmation as opposed to the speculative news in the past.
