PS Unfortunately not all people are legit on this forums have to watch out for the pumpers and bad blood. I truly believe a new company will emerge from Lehman but I could be wrong

...and the $100+ bil deficit will be an equal amount of cancellation of debt (COD) which goes against NOLs dollar for dollar. The IRS does not allow a company to cancel $100 bil in debt and keep $55 bil in NOLs. Don't agree? Study section 382 of the internal revenue code.

It seems odd that the one that paid .50+ per share (you) or those who own no shares are the ones upset while the majority on this board have held from early pennys and seem content..
