You best tell that to the YMB folks cause they are saying equity gets the whole NOL they have it now at 66 B which still can't cover the debt.
I guess you could call it either IHUB economics or YMB economics?

Section 382(I)(5) gives LEH the option to elect not to have the COD loss limitation apply ... Debt for equity

You need to study the Solyndra Bankruptcy. They discharged all their debt and kept their NOLs.
