'rayovac812'--i realize that your point was it's better to develop a business and then sell it, to get the most roi.
My point was that, although that is usually true, in this case developing the business involves working in context of a ton of unknowns and uncontrollable factors--including potentially disastrous weather conditions and/or wars and other social problems. It may ultimately bring about a greater roi, but the risks and opportunity cost might outweigh the greater roi.
