The first document deals with hipple's relationship with Novation which use to own part of AEGY but was bought out on May 7 2013 by Equity.

The second document lists a former CEO of the company I don't know why his name should appear on the 8-K form unless it has to do with the fact that he was the CEO during part of the time the 10-q related to.
