In response to the libelous, fully discredited article published on Seeking Alpha by the self-described short-seller with the funny name, a few ambulance chaser law firms released trolling notices, looking for clients to fleece. That's all that's going on here.
The only "criminal" investigations will be when the SEC looks into stock manipulation charges against the self-described short seller with the funny name who likely benefited financially from the effect of the lies published in his article. There will also likely be a civil law suit against the SA publication for their wreckless behaviour in allowing those obvious lies to be published.
There may well also be civil charges brought against SA and the short-seller author by shareholders who got crashed out of their long positions as a result of the publication of the libelous article.
