No sir. Anyone that has traded stock for any amount of time knows those "advertisements" are ALWAYS the way the class action suits start. They must establish a lead plaintiff first. When that is done the suit will follow.
You will see a "reminder" soon of the deadline to establish the lead spot then you will see the case proceed.
Just having to answer the charges will depress the stock further. If there is jail time handed down or fines to the company and officer bans, look out below.
Like I said, this is a short sellers dream.
Oh yeah, short sellers aren't the boogie man. All experienced traders will short a stock either directly or through put options if it is obvious the stock is going lower.
