I think with PEIX it is more about what the management wants to give us then with other companies. All the the years now that I'm long in PEIX I've noticed there there are periods of positive news and periods of negative news. We have been wondering in these negative periods if the management was really that stupid, and a lot of us wanted to tear NK apart ;-) But also some of us kept believing that there could be a bigger plan behind all this dilution and negative news that always seemed to come at moments that PEIX was moving a bit upward. In that negative time there never was real positive news, until suddenly last year it changed. Since that we have only seen positive signs. Well almost only, the only negative thing was the slightly worst then expected, or better said hoped for.
But beside that, just positive news. And we now might start thinking NK is a genius and he used the negative period to get all the bad things out. I hope that there are no negative corrections any more on the other quarters. Could it be they have even made the quarters look a little worse to make Q4 look much better and come with awesome results?
I really think it is about what the management wants to give us now.
They have lost the trust of investors for a while, got all the skeletons out of the closet and now wants to win our harts again.
At least that is what I hope for ;-)
