Annual reports always have risk. During the year, company accountants prepare the financials. For the year end audited financials, the outside CPA's prepare the report AND review all previous estimates done by internal staff for interim financials.

Occasionally, there will be large adjustments to interim financial results which cause unexpected results at year end.

In additional, this is a volatile industry and PEIX cost and revenue inputs are different than most other ethanol producers due to their locations and markets.

Expecting good results for Q4 but we'll see next week.
