LR, it's closely held, and the folks that hold the most closely know what they have and haven't been presented with the appropriate offer. In my opinion, the facilities that want to make a sizable investment want shares for a cheaper price rather than having to accumulate them in the market. We'll see.

Ho hum pr's, no results, no funds, pink sheet listing, no BOD, no annual letter to shareholders, scam by association allegations, and the market speaks. Rolling over and unless a surprise or pr is announced soon, which I doubt, support zones 1.60 and possibly 1.40 will likely be challenged near term. And if any negative news surfaces somewhere, well, let's don't go there...............chart/market said SELL yesterday & $ better invested elsewhere. Good investing to all.
