So the price is stagnant because potential sellers are waiting for higher prices and potential buyers are waiting for lower ones? If something good or something bad happens that condition should resolve itself....temporarily.
Reminds me of one of those Chinese finger puzzles where the only way out is to avoid trying too hard and to give in just enough.
