Then again, it could be that there's been a lack of perceived progress by the market for the last year or so.

There are two ways a stock moves up. One is that it continues on a slow trend up as it stays with the current news. The second is it just stays stagnant for a long period of time, and then when the right news hits, it triples over night.

Looks like this stock is going to do the second one.

I think I finally have this figured out. When I tell people about CTIX and open with B or P they are more receptive and actually start their own DD. But when I open with K or even mention K and its possibilities I get the 1000 yard stare and a polite half smile. Everyone has been programmed to "that if it looks too good to be true it probably is". So I now predict that once K P I results are published we will get a new wave of investors and upward PPS movement. Before then only significant P or B news will move the needle like a partnership or license deal.
