Thanks for your reply Pedro1. If this is a black out / quiet period as far as the sec or finra goes then I can assume the proper paper has been submitted and waiting on final approval before anything is released to the public.

You missed one large fact Pedro. KMAG is a suspended Gray stock and can't merge or triangle it's way out. It's dead. We know for certain that the idiot CEO has not filed a single thing with the SEC. How about those audited financials. It's been over a year and half since the moron lied and said that was coming. That's one hell of a quiet period!!

Well, well, finally connecting the dots! I've said this same thing last year, it looks like our KMAG blue print except IMO, we will have a double back flip thrown in!

Let's look at TRII as an example, and the 8-K filed on Dec.14,2012. No, it is not an S-1,but an 8-K that enabled the R/M of Trio into Allied, and i beleive the quiet period applies to this as well.
