Well, well, finally connecting the dots! I've said this same thing last year, it looks like our KMAG blue print except IMO, we will have a double back flip thrown in!

Let's look at TRII as an example, and the 8-K filed on Dec.14,2012. No, it is not an S-1,but an 8-K that enabled the R/M of Trio into Allied, and i beleive the quiet period applies to this as well.
