It's interesting. We clearly have a company with no proof of anything, and a CEO with a sketchy past at best. Yet the price continues upward. You wonder how high it might go before it comes crashing down. When to sell is the question.
what usually doesn't happen is this: shells don't get taken over by companies that are in the hottest sector since dotcom, and have yearly revenues in excess of $9,999,999
