First pyct is a non reporting stock, however they do summit financials. So basically they don't have to report anything if thats what they choose.
As for the fillings. Freshearth only started showing in stock as of a few weeks ago. If pyct is actually selling through freshearth then you wont see the results until further out fillings are submitted.
