Agree Tim, one thing for sure I would be in the dark if I didn't have someone that could break these things down, lol. Everything I have seen about the deal looks fantastic but what they can accomplish together I have no idea. Hope to learn more!
agreed... the way the deal is structured strongly suggests that v3's players are confirming the value of spihf... to me this may have been the most exciting part of the deal... another layer of validation...
...then there is the synergy of the two technologies... a true win/win... v3 had exactly what spihf needed... and spihf held the key to maximize v3's technological impact... this merger/buyout is greater than the sum of its parts... so glad to be long spiffy...
