Wouldn't you agree then, that
they should have thought this out
long before/prior to posting it in the first place?
Thus taking the steps needed to bring it all on line in a timely manner.
All too often people chime in w/these convienient Atty excuses,
Imo.
All I'll say is, this had better be a Damn Good report!

Attorneys don't "review" anything - they sign their name when the cash changes hand -

Read an "attorney letter" sometime - they take ZERO responsiblity on anything they are attesting to with their bought and paid for signature............. Really is a pretty useless piece of paper.

Seems the real problem here is Blom is diluting the piss out of the stock all the while he is claiming "next week" for financials, blaming others for what ultimately is HIS responsibility.

This scam gets more and more worthless with each billion he gets dumped waiting for that "next week" which I don't believe will arrive til he has fully diluted his pig and want to Reverse Split -

THAT IS WHEN ANYONE WILL SEE "FINANCIALS" AND AN "ATTORNEY LETTER".

For the umpteenth time on this forum....the Attorney Letter DOES NOT have to be filed WITH the Annual Report on OTC Markets. It has an ADDITIONAL 30 days....although it is now late also.

In fact, last year, they filed the Attorney Letter 15 days AFTER they filed their Annual Report.

There is NO requirement by OTC Markets to file the Attorney Letter at the same time as the Annual Report.

It was a completely BOGUS excuse.
