I definitely agree with you. Did Ted think an Attorney was just going to glance at and rubber stamp a huge filing? Nobody in their right minds would. (I say huge filing because that has been their history when it comes to filing financial statements). Did Ted think the Annual Report could be filed while the Attorney was reviewing it? Who knows? Since Ted isn't talking (and I don't blame him for not talking at this point...lol), we just continue with Wait Game.
