Sure looks like Ted was buying back shares based on the trading to me. My guess is they are close to the maximum. Now what I personally would love to see is some Form 4's filed by Ted, Ron, etc.. That would be awesome. Go GNCP!!!
I am not a securities lawyer, but to be able to do it for retirement it has to be bought from capital of the corporation and that capital removed from the balance sheet. They are proposing to buy it via debt therefore it would not be eligible.
