If they were trading in their own stock, they were doing so while in possession of material non public information.

That wouldn't be smart on their part as it would expose them to Rule 10b-5 liability.

I'm of the view they have not been buying shares. But assuming they were...I believe there is a timeframe or deadline when this activity is to be made public knowledge. What the timeframe is I don't know. Does anyone know? Thanks

Sure looks like Ted was buying back shares based on the trading to me. My guess is they are close to the maximum

AlanC, if the Company has been repurchasing shares....and we are still at $.0002/$.0003, I think we are in trouble.
pps should go up with a Repurchase imo.
