Management SHOULD hear this loud and clear from us INVESTORS, including you, this ASM. Vote NO, absolutely NO, to any more ISO increases. Don't expect other "pros" to do your work for you nor to vote for you. Let's NOT repeat the mistake of last year when shareholders passed a 2M share ISO increase.
