Can anybody provide registration papers for the Baron Capital Bank proving that it is a legally formed "company" to even be insured by the FDIC? Never heard of the FDIC insuring a banking "company" that was never legally formed.

Something tells me the answer to all the above is, no.
Of course we all know that Baron Capital Transfer & Registrar WAS a legally formed company, but has since been dissolved by Florida for not filing an Annual in 2013.
The "Baron" "companies" were just another part of Dwyer's "2 year plan" of a 3 year(and more)scam as Dwyer has been involved here since 2004 according to Florida filings for the public entity.
