I agree big time.
Clontz, Tilden , Briancon and others all bought about 2000 shares each. Not much as a personal investment. They all buy shares via payroll deduction but are those shares discounted?
I think the bottom line is this. If the doors closed tomorrow at IDCC there's not one management person that lost a dime.
If we look at our personal investments versus management's investments they have out performed all of us by a ratio of at least 100 to 1.
If you take all of the above and what they invested in their dollars in IDCC the return they got you would need a calculator with a lot of zeros to get the %.
