Hey KB. Not so sure about that.

First ~ very good well thought out post.

Secondly~ none of that means versant didn't or won't get the contract they/we are looking for......could be a later start for us as the process is long for both companies.

I too will be looking forward to the companies response/answers to those comments/questions/concerns.

Very interesting compilation and have wondered on a few of these issues with the more DD I do . How we would even know if the PPA would not get signed, I don't think the company would tell us and just keep the delays going but it's not like they are pumping the stock and selling shares and trying to get what $$ they can out of it! They have many strong political connections but are virgins in these type of operations and do have competition with high profile companies currently operating wind mill farms throughout many countries including Costa Rica . The delays are very frustrating for me as I have many $$'s involved here, but I keep hanging in there for now, when and if I do decide to close out my position there will millions of cheap shares made available so have your powder ready.! I didn't like the fact that they announced the new IR company without further follow up and obviously not much DD done on this company because they should not have even been considered( I have posted info on this company 'Wall Street Branding' unless it's been deleted) . Now they are considering another IR company and I wonder at what cost this will be to shareholders?! I'm sure Tom Allinder from Wall Street Branding will want to get paid even if no services are rendered, as he keeps his CEO position at RFMK. STLK has all their eggs in 1 basket and need for this to happen otherwise there is no company! I wish nothing but the best outcome here for the company, myself and all shareholders involved because we all know what a $300 million contract can do for our PPS. Maybe they should look into small scale projects for all the new grow opp's out there(Mary Jane) thus eliminating the use of conventional hydro and using renewable energy for growing? I think over a short time it would become quite profitable and add$$ to the bottom line of each company.
' Knownbrave' , have you sent this compilation to the CEO of STLK , I would be interested in seeing their response.

We already had answered to some of these questions, like to location ,GM etc.....But to put your mind at ease feel free to send the company an email,am sure they will replay as they're not going to officially put out anymore filling.

Moras am also confident the PPA will be signed within the next 30days otherwise they would not have gotten advise to not put out anymore Fillings.

CEO Response to Not Getting PPA Post:

Subject: Did you get this question by email?

No, I did not speak to anyone at least not for that post. Globeleq was part of a BOT bid, we did not participate. This bid took place years ago. Globeleq will return all turbines, land and all buildings at the end of the term, that is what a BOT means (Build, Operate and Transfer). We were not part of that, we are doing something different and unrelated. Grupo ICE does not make decisions for CNFL and CNFL has a different set of laws that govern it. Grupo ICE is governed by Law 7200/7508, CNFL by a different set of regulations. We did not participate and the Globeleq deal has no bearing on our project, we prefer to not transfer hard assets back to the buyer if we can help it. There are various other projects in Guanacaste for ICE and some for others including a small wind from for a rural cooperative they did themselves. We are happy for Globeleq and look forward to getting our project done. Gloebelq by the way is a Bain Capital funded entity that started with one small 20 MW facility in Guanacaste maybe 15 years ago. No reason we cannot be there with them.
